Estrogen is the antithesis of <a title="Testosterone: The Accelerator" href="http://getflatabsforlife.com/testosterone-the-accelerator/">testosterone</a>. While testosterone is mainly created by men in large amounts, estrogen is created by women in large amounts by their ovaries.</span></p>
